The following material/activities are prohibited on our network:
Spamming
Proxy Sites
Warez
Hacking/Attacking (Phishing sites, etc.)
Abuse of Resources (Such as RapidLeech, file storage, collection of audio/video, etc.)
Adult Material
Game or Radio Servers
Users found in violation of the above will be removed from our network. Accounts removed due to abuse cannot be restored under any circumstances and no refund will be issued.
Refund / Cancellation Policy:
Refunds can only be issued within 30 days of purchase. Cancellation there after on a monthly term cannot be adjusted or partially refunded. Cancellation on a yearly term is nonrefundable after 30 days.
Service interruption or outages caused by upstream providers are eligible for compensation in extended service duration at a discount.
